No. AK Pro is the one of the few clinics in Auckland that have been trained and certified to offer Sculptra® Aesthetic treatments. The makers of Sculptra® require injection specialists that wish to administer this product to complete an extensive training program, which has been completed by our team.
Which areas of the face does Sculptra® Aesthetic treat?
Sculptra® is used to treat areas of the face that are prone to volume loss such as cheeks, temples, and areas around the chin and mouth.
How many treatments will I need? How much does a Sculptra® treatment cost?
Sculptra® usually requires 2 to 3 treatments treatments each administered about 4 weeks apart. It comes in vials, and the number of vials needed varies by each individual patient. Consultation prior to treatment is required. During that visit we will complete a facial evaluation and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
When will I see my results?
Noticeable changes from a Sculptra® Aesthetic procedure are very gradual. Most patients report that they look the same a few days after treatment (which is normal and temporary). Because changes take place over time, you’ll see subtle, yet noticeable, results in the reduction of facial wrinkles and folds by comparing images before treatment and a couple months following your final treatment.
